Kairi Nakayama is part of SFOC's Diplomacy Team, focused on strengthening the organisation's presence in Japan and reinforcing regional and international climate cooperation. Prior to joining SFOC, she worked across two central government agencies in New Zealand, bringing a strong foundation in public sector systems and institutional governance to her work in climate diplomacy.
