Malaysia eyes B10 biodiesel expansion to industrial sector

Malaysian plantations and Commodities minister Fadillah Yusof said government is considering expansion of its B10 biodiesel programme to industrial sector during the fourth Palm Biodiesel Conference held on Tuesday.

Started from 2019, Malaysia rolled out B10 programme which requires the mandatory use of 10% palm oil to transportation sector only. The carbon dioxide emissions will be further reduced after inclusion of industrial sector.
