Member Related

After logging in, you can modify your information in the top right corner member avatar > Member Center > Personal Information. If you are unable to modify it, please contact customer service via email and provide the account, password, and basic information you filled in during registration, as well as the parts you wish to modify and the correct content. We will assist you with the changes.
After logging in, you can modify it in Personal Information. *Please note that email address and member account are not related. Modifying your email address will not change the member account used for login.
Using Chrome as an example: Click the menu button "⋮" in the top right corner > Passwords and autofill > Google Password Manager > Search for "Reccessary" at the top > Delete the saved data.

RECCESSARY provides some content that can be browsed basically; however, some articles have restrictions. The trial membership lasts for 14 days. After it expires, your account will revert to a general member status (free membership), and the content available for browsing will be limited.

III. Common Fraud Methods Warning

The following are all high-risk fraud patterns:

  • Impersonating Reccessary customer service to request bound Email or passwords
  • Posing as enterprise managers or supervisors to request changes to enterprise member information
  • Impersonating official push notifications such as "Limited Time Offers" or "Account Will Be Suspended"
  • Requesting to join unknown Line, Discord, or WhatsApp groups to obtain "internal information"

Do not click on unknown links, download unknown files, or reply with sensitive information.

IV. How to Protect Yourself

  • Protect Your Account: Use strong passwords and update them regularly.
  • Verify the URL: The official domain is only "reccessary.com".
  • Don't Leak Information: We will never ask for passwords, OTP, or financial information.
