Sify inks 231 MW solar and wind PPA to power hyper-scale data centers

Sify Technologies, a Chennai-based internet service provider (ISP), has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Vibrant Energy Holdings, a majority-owned subsidiary of Blue Leaf Energy Asia Pte Ltd, for 231 MW of solar and wind energy to power Sify's latest hyper-scale data centers. The firms would invest Rs 1,250 crore in the green power project.
