
Raja Juli Antoni
H.E. Raja Juli Antoni has served as Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia since 21 October 2024. In this role, he leads Indonesia’s forestry agenda, with responsibility for sustainable forest management, biodiversity conservation, forest rehabilitation, social forestry and forest governance.
Building on his leadership experience across government institutions, he is advancing efforts to strengthen transparent forest governance, expand the recognition of customary forests and promote sustainable forestry investment that supports climate action, community livelihoods and Indonesia’s transition towards a green economy. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Queensland, Australia.
